Senior and Disability Services of Oak Park & River Forest Townships is pleased to partner with Center for Disability and Elder Law (CDEL) in providing assistance with setting up Living Will and Power of Attorney documents for seniors (age 60 and over) of the local communities who otherwise could not afford such assistance.
